Production Supervisor

Cole’s Quality Foods, Inc is a well established and growing industry leader in the frozen food category. Cole’s offers an excellent working environment, and competitive pay & benefits package. Our Muskegon, MI location has an immediate full time opening for a Production Supervisor, 2nd shipt.

Successful candidates must have a minimum of an Associates degree, and 3 years supervisory experience in production. Experience in the food industry is a plus. The position requires proven communication and problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast paced work environment, and excellent people skills. Person must be self-directed and detail oriented, flexible and able to handle multiple areas of job duties, as needed on a daily basis. Production Operations – Part Time

Cole’s Quality Foods, Inc., located in Muskegon, MI, is a well established and growing industry leader in the frozen food category. Cole’s has immediate openings for heavy lift production operators. You must be available to fill in any shift, have flexible hours, and be available for call-in assignments. Positions start part-time, but will be on a waiting list for full-time openings as they occur. Starting pay is $10.30 during the probationary period, then increased to $13.20 for part-time, or $14.20 when fulltime is attained.

Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., a WorkKeys certification of Bronze or higher, and 6 months or more of production experience. Food production or sanitation experience is a plus. Successful applicants must undergo drug screening, pass a physical examination, and undergo background and reference checks. Applications are available Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Michigan Works located below.
