Roast Pork Loin on Garlic Bread - 4 servings
Ingredients
2 Coles garlic breads
2 1 1/2lb. Pork Tenderloins Trimmed
1 C. Oriental Garlic Sauce
1 C. Hoison Sauce
1/2 C. Duck Sauce or to taste
Directions
- Place pork in a heavy duty plastic bag.Combine the garlic & hoison sauces, pour over the pork & seal the bag.
- Turn the bag to coat the pork loins.
- Refrigerate for 4-8 hours,turning the bag occasionally.Remove the bag from the refrigerator & let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a roasting pan with foil.
- Place the loins with the sauce on the foil.
- Roast turning & basting often for 30-40 minutes. Meat should register 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven & let pork rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile bake the breads according to package directions.
- Slice the pork as thin as you can.
- When bread is ready place the pork slices on the bottom half of each bread, coat the other half of the bread with the duck sauce & place over the pork.
- Slice each loaf in half & in half again.
- Place 2 pieces on each plate.
- Serve warm with french fries, coleslaw, baked beans and pickles.
