Tuna Boards

Ingredients

1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
white pepper to taste
2 cans (6 oz each) chunk tuna in olive oil or water, drained
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
One Cole’s Original Garlic Bread loaf
1 cup chopped ripe tomato
4 slices of provolone cheese

Directions

Whisk together mayonnaise, salt and pepper in medium mixing bowl
Add tuna, onion, celery, and basil, mixing to combine.
Place each slice of Cole’s Original Garlic Bread loaf on a baking sheet
Divide Tuna mixture evenly between loaves
Place in 350 degree, pre-heated oven for 10-15 mins
Top with chopped tomatoes and cheese slices and return to oven for 5-10 mins.
Cut each loaf in half and serve
Makes 4 servings. Can be reduced to 1/2 for Cole’s Garlic Mini-Loaf.
