Chili Bread

Ingredients

1 loaf Cole’s Original Garlic Bread
1 (16 ounce can) chili or 2 C homemade chili,drained
1/4 C chopped green onion
1/2 C colby &/or monterrey jack cheese
Sour Cream (optional)
Guacamole dip (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove Cole’s Original Garlic Bread loaf from package and place both halves on an 11 X 13 inch baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
Open can of chili and spread onto Cole’s Original Garlic Bread.
Top with green onion and cheese, distributing evenly.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Cut each half of loaf into 4 serving pieces.
Top with a dollop of sour cream or guacamole dip.
Two pieces make one serving.
