Cilantro Pesto Garlic Bread Appetizer
Ingredients
Cole’s Garlic Bread
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 oz of Pine Nuts
1 Garlic Clove
8 oz Mozzarella
4 oz Parmesan
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
Directions
Heat the olive oil, then saute the garlic being careful not to burn it.
Next you will add the cilantro, saute till tender.
Add mixture into food processor until smooth.
Pour the mixture on the top of the garlic bread.
Top with both cheeses and put prepared bread in oven.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with Pine Nuts
Cut into bites for guest and serve hot.
