Garlic Bread Salad

Ingredients

1 pint container of cherry tomatoes
1 8 oz container of bite size mozzerella cheese balls
1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup of pine nuts
2 Tbsp of balsamic vinager
1/2 Cole Garlic bread loaf

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place Garlic bread on baking sheet and cook until soft.
  3. Remove bread from oven to cool
  4. While bread is cooling, mix remaining ingredients together
  5. Tear bread into bite size pieces and add to tomato and cheese mixture
  6. Toss combine all the flavors
