Cole’s Joins Iowa State Fair
GRAND RAPIDS, September 2, 2009 – Cole’s again joined the internationally-acclaimed Iowa State Fair by sponsoring “The Best Garlic Bread Recipe” event. Emma took 1st place with Garlic Cheese Toast, 2nd place was Garlic Roasted Red Pepper Bread from Hester and 3rd place was Ann’s Garlic Bubble Bread. The Iowa State Fair is the single largest event in the state of Iowa and one of the oldest and largest agricultural and industrial expositions in the country, annually attracting more than a million people from all over the world.
