Eggs Benedict on Garlic Toast
Ingredients
- Cole’s 12 slice Garlic Toast
- 3 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup of Melted Butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of Cayenne
- 6 Eggs, Poached
- 6 slices of Canadian Bacon
Directions
Prepare Cole’s Garlic Toast according to packaging instructions. Add Canadian bacon to toast and broil until bacon is heated through. Blend eggs, lemon juice, melted butter cayenne pepper, and salt to create hollandaise sauce. Add eggs to toast and bacon and top with hollandaise sauce. Optional garnish with chives.
