Steak Sandwich
on Texas Toast

Ingredients

Cole’s Texas Toast
strip steak
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 sweet onion
sriracha
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cups arugula

Directions

Bake Cole’s Texas Toast according to package and set aside. Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper and pan fry over medium-high heat.

Slice and caramelize the onion.

Make spicy mayo by adding siracha to the mayo and mix until you reach desired flavor. Combine into a sandwich and enjoy!
